We at Couples Chemistry have created this Privacy Notice because we know you care about how information you provide us is used and shared. This Privacy Notice describes how we gather information from you when you visit the website located at (the "Site") and use the Services, and how we may use and share that information. By visiting the Site and/or using the Service, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice is effective as of "Last Updated" date set forth above. We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we have posted changes to these Terms of Use means that you agree to be bound by the changes, so please check this Privacy Notice regularly to note any updates.

Your use of the Site and the Service is governed by the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined will have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

Personally Non-Identifiable Information

We may automatically collect personally non-identifiable information when you visit the Site, such as your network location, the IP address of your computer, and what sections of the Site you visit.

The Site may use "cookie" technology to help us collect other personally non-identifiable information and to enhance your experience using the Site. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer's hard drive so that your computer will "remember" information about your visit. We may use both session and persistent cookies. A session cookie expires when you close your browser; a persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an expended period of time. You can reject cookies by following the directions provided in your Internet provider's "help" file. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Site, but your ability to use some areas of the Site will be limited.

The Site may also use "clear gif" technology, commonly known as web beacons, which help us manage content on the Site by tracking what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of website users. Unlike cookies, which can be stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

We may allow third parties to (i) monitor the Site for the purpose of reporting website traffic, statistics, keywords, advertisements, "click-throughs" and/or other activities, (ii) collect user related data by placing code on the Site, cookies on user devices, and using web beacons or other monitoring technologies; and (iii) retain and use such data to personalize or target advertisements and for other commercial purposes. These third party activities are not governed by this Privacy Notice, but by the privacy notice of the applicable third party.

Personally Identifiable Information

We collect certain personally identifiable information, such as the names, email addresses, mailing addresses, credit card information and other personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") provided upon registering for the Service.

We also collect responses to the Quizzes. We link your Quiz responses to Personal Data solely as necessary to provide the Service and not for any other purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Data in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use such Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, we will use Personal Data to administer access to the Site and to respond to submissions made to the Site; provide the Service; provide you with additional information about ours products and services; and we permit third parties to use Personal Data to provide you with promotional material about their products or services. You may opt out of receiving personalized promotions from third parties by selecting the opt-out option in your Account Profile.

We may also use your Personal Data and personally non-identifiable information collected through the Site and the Service to help us improve the content and functionality of the Site and the Service, to better understand our end users, and to provide and improve our products and services.

Sharing of Your Information

We are not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without notice to you including (i) to service providers, (ii) if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or protect against legal liability, and/or (iii) in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event involving us, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Aggregated Personal Data

In an ongoing effort to better understand the users of the Site and the Service, we may de-identify your Personal Data [and Quiz responses] and combine it with data from other users in aggregate form. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, advertisers, manufacturers and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18 through the Site. If you are under 18, please do not give us any Personal Data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Notice by instructing their children to never provide Personal Data on any website without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to us through the Site or the Service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

We have reasonable security measures in place intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data that we have collected from you through the Site and the Service. However, we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your Personal Data will remain secure under all circumstances.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any our business affiliates, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links from the Site. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which the Site may link.
